Meet Your Instructor Dan

I’m Dan,

I’m Australian, 33, and have been trusted in my life's work for over a decade.

I am a multi-disciplinary international educator and facilitator with a visionary heart.

I am a little too proudly, introducing myself as a recovered people pleaser,

with a long trail of self betrayal. I am an extremely sensitive person, with an edge

(which was acquired through overcoming adversity early).

On Boundaries:

Being a sensitive sponge to the environment as a child, and not having the skills to understand myself, nor effectively communicate my own needs was a big, frustrating and heart breaking problem. After a traumatic breakdown, I got to the depths of my core and learnt first hand that some doors only open from the inside.

Building the kind of boundaries that allowed me to be free as myself, and express that clearly was completely life changing to say the least.Pockets of this course have been taught around the world in leadership summits, but I have been inspired to create this for more impact, as it has been medicine for many.

Raise Your Standards!:

Through pain, I’ve learnt that if we never take that step to raise our standards, for what we truly want, and how we truly want to feel. Then what we truly want, and how we want to feel becomes the sacrifice. Boundaries are a bridge to higher self worth as much as a standard for our self care.

At the end of the day I want people to know that we don’t set boundaries to offend anyone. We do so to manage our needs and priorities that we have for our lives. And this can be done kindly and unapologetically without feeling guilty, stressed or obligated. If you are kind and clear in your communication, then you have done nothing wrong. It is guilt and stress free for all involved, respect and love is not lost, but found.
