Without boundaries you will constantly be at the mercy of another person, allowing others to dictate how to think, act, and feel.

You’ll find yourself spending all your time and energy doing what others want you to do, instead of making your own choices and completing what's important to you.


Without setting aligned boundaries you’ll often find yourself feeling:

  • Frustrated
  • Resentful
  • Lost
  • Stuck/ Recycling
  • Being taken Advantage Of

But boundaries also set our personal standards. Displaying our degree of self worth.

If we have a higher standard, and are aware of what we need as a self aware individual to succeed,

then we must set boundaries on the things we must prioritise and get done.


Because If we don’t sacrifice for the things we want, then what we want becomes the sacrifice in the end.
